Melody DeSantiago has been a customer service specialist for the past ten years. She has a background in marketing, hotel management, finance and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing. Her diversified experience in customer service allows her to provide uncompromised levels of service, comfort and confidentiality to discerning clientele. She has received recognition from the vice chairman of a fortune 500 company as well as daily recognition from upper management of prior employers. DeSantiago has also worked in the automotive industry, where she planned corporate events dealing with high end clientele as well as high end cars.
Melody DeSantiago currently resides in the San Fernando valley and enjoys traveling, has a passion for trying new food and learning about new cultures.
